Two armies of 21 pieces face off across a 9×8 board. Every piece's rank is hidden from your opponent — you see only plain colored backs — so the whole game is deduction, bluff, and nerve. No referee: the computer secretly resolves every clash.
Arrange your 21 pieces in the setup phase (tap two of your own to swap them), press Start Battle, then click a piece and a highlighted square to move. Pick your opponent:
Generals Salpakan is an original, free reimagining inspired by Game of the Generals (Filipino: Salpakan, “clash”) — the classic hidden-rank strategy game invented by Sofronio H. Pasola Jr. in 1970 (with his son Ronnie), copyrighted 1972, published February 1973 by Mind Masters Inc., and patented in the Philippines. This project reimplements that game’s mechanics with all-original artwork and code.
